At the end of the season, the top five women in the Challenger Series rankings make the Dream Tour. Entering the Vans US Open of Surfing, Caity Simmers is at the front of the pack thanks to three consecutive top five finishes. Even with strong former CT surfers Molly Picklum, Nikki Van Dijk, and Macy Callaghan (plus Sydney winner Teresa Bonvalot) chasing her, it feels like the race is Simmers' to lose.
